The support center has a separate login, which is different from the one you use for the members area.
To access the support desk you need to register first. Just go to https://support.clickbankcommissioncoaching.com/ and register by clicking on the "Login" link at the top right and then the "Register" link in the center of the page (under the Login button).
After you have registered, you will then be able to login to view the status of your current tickets by clicking on My Tickets link in the top right corner (you will need to be logged in to be able to see this link).
If you ever forget your password for the support portal, you can use the Reset Password link on the login page.
